The Otway trail riders do Tim’s snow ride maybe you could organise to go on one of their rides.
But I reckon if you want to learn an area you need to navigate it yourself I can’t learn it if I’m just following.
If someone has a copy of the old weekend warriors book I think Anglesea was covered in that

That’s not a bad idea!

Yeh I understand that I’m pretty keen to go look but It’s good when you get shown the tracks of the single variety as most of the time you’d blast past them

I’ll do some research into that book

Hey Tim

I dont know the area at all down that way, i have been there once years ago and just explored but it looked like a fun place to ride.
If you dont find that bear fella i'd be up for an exploration ride down there as i was thinking the other day about going back down there to check it out and get some kind of great loop happening

Hi Tim,

I know a guy who knows his way around. He's in the Otway club, He showed me around there about a year ago, we parked on Gumflats road and made our way through tight hilly/rocky tracks to open sandy tracks where we could see the mine and the beach, I'll let him know there's interest and get back to you

I'd been keen to go check out the area again if you or anyone is heading down that way, it was 20 years ago i went down there about 5 times, all different soil types, the quarry with the jumps, it was awesome

There were quiet a few AMTRA rides down Anglesea way. One of my first Husaberg FE400e rides was down there in year 2000, unforgettable bike and area.

Hope you guys can make it happen.
It's just more time to be flat out!
