What a fantastic day!  The weather was brilliant and Seano introduced us mere mortals to his playground.
The morning loop started with some interesting puddles and slippery tracks.
My tyre choice (or lack of) gave some nervous moments, however one lay down for the day on my part was a good result.
We had approx. 12? riders on all sorts of machinery, including two adventure bikes.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the mix, with a few hard/ soft options during the day.
The dust decided to rear it's head during the arvo which made visibility optional.
Thanks Seano for organising the ride, Phil for his tireless duty as tail man and everyone who attended which made this a great ride.

Here's a few pic's-

Our illustrious ride leader

Anna on the mighty 140 followed by Hayden

Unwell Husky

The big DR

and Lefty replacing his rear sprocket at lunch break

Cheers Tony

God Bless you Pete - And all who sail in you :D I need a new front tyre Pete so can you do a few more Sundays for me and I'll take cash, no need to involve the tax man ;)

Yes it was a good half day out for me, home early to say G-Day to Jett, the really new kid on the block.

A nice sunny day but still plenty of mud in the ruts and hollows.

Thanks for leading Seano, Phil for tailing, Tony for the photos and all who rode for the company.
It's just more time to be flat out!

Thanks Seano for putting on a great ride. It was my first time at Kinglake and the selection of terrain was fantastic. I was surprised at one point whilst climbing a hill when the engine decided to redline with no throttle applied.  I kicked up a gear and used the rear brake and clutch to control the ascent (who wants to stop on a hill climb anyway!) Once at the top of the hill, a closer inspection found the cause was a broken intake boot between the throttle body and engine. A few cable ties and she was right as rain for the rest of the day.
