Well that was fun,, awesome mix of tracks, narrow, open, rutted, technical in places, and a great bunch of guys to ride with,, Lefty on tail all day- thanks mate. Mr roost the cornerman Davey,, thanks for the laughs,, Colin P, I can still hear the "crack" when you relocated your dislocated finger ugggggh.

Yes i do love my play ground. But even more i love leading a group of fellow riders that enjoy it as much as i do.
Was great also to ride with a group who read the ride description and brought what they needed. Attitude included.
Pretty happy how the day run and 117k from a 120k guest loop with no speedo means i still know my way around the place.

Thanks Al, it was a great day. The company was fantastic, the weather just sensational and the tracks were brilliant. Lucky for me it was reasonably dry providing lots of grip, I shudder to think the level of difficulty if it had been wet. I managed to get through the full 3 liters of water in my camel back, that's the first time I've emptied it. The finger has gone a strange blue colour but at least I can move it. See you next time. And thanks to the world best tail man for keeping everyone in check.

Thanks Al. I had a great day. Lots of challenging tracks. I was feeling it the next day.
Thanks to everyone else for making it a really fun day. 

I would also just like to note that every time we stopped for a break, it was great to hear at least 5 or 6 times, the question being asked - 'Is Mark here?'
Even at the end of the day, it was really great that this same question was still being asked with as much enthusiasm,  frequency and glee as at the start of the day.  Thanks Al for ensuring I made it home on the same day i started.
While brilliant, I think the only obvious flaw with the 'Wheres Mark' approach to keeping the group together is that it might not be inclusive enough of the group as a whole, but what the hell, it works for me.

Yeah, ditto Al. Was a great day, challenging to say the least. Gee I love that single and those real tough up hill nasty tracks, makes you feel alive. Glad I hung in there and finished the grueling eventful day in Al's backyard.
