I have tried logging off and on again, but to no avail... Not an urgent fix, but it would be nice to get access back. Ta Peter D

When I fill in the form the system keeps telling me I need to enter a name, I enter my name and it keeps removing it and comes up in red asking me to enter name & surname. Can you help?

Bill,

Just did mine and seemed ok. As a current member you should be going to renew and if you are logged in first then it should fill your user name in automatically.

I tried to submit with some of the fields marked * blank and it would redirect to the entry screen with previous entries wiped out. That may be what is happening to you. Once all * fields were entered with something and I checked the terms and condtions box I got through to payment screen.

Can you try doing that and let us know how you get on?
