Got an email last night from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. purporting to be from AMTRA telling me my 'subscription' for 2014/2015 was expiring........

I'm all paid up membership wise so do the mods know if this is official or dodgy spam?

Mat R Online Administrator AMTRA Treasurer Posts: 1875 Thank you received: 94	The email address is from Dave Smith, all the 2014/15 subscriptions are now expiring. If you have paid up this year then you are a 2015/2016 member which will not expire until this time next year.
	The older I get, the slower I was. The administrator has disabled public write access.

Ian Robinson Online Administrator Posts: 2053 Thank you received: 119	Memberships are due each financial year, but because we are good to members we give 3 months grace to pay. The system sends out emails automatically and we have not worked out how to make it send them when payment is due at the end of June. Hope you are now less confused.

gms5 Offline Junior Boarder Posts: 28 Thank you received: 2	No, no less confused. I get that the system wants to sent out reminders however as I am fully paid up, why did I get an email at all? And 3 mths grace gets us to Sept/Oct for reminders- not end November.
