Posts: 671 Thank you received: 20	Hello. ...this happened last year and the year before and now again this year....my membership is paid....same as Johnnys but hasn't been updated....hence I dont have access to members area. 3 years in a row.!!! Is there anyone out there who can please explain why this continues to happen. Its a bit annoying. Thankyou.

I am guessing you just pay one membership for both of you as I cant see a separate transaction in the store for you. Johnnys membership was updated to the current financial year. I have updated yours now. In the future, if you have just paid one membership let one of us admins know and we can update you. If you have paid separately can you send some details of when and we will have to look a bit more as to why you have not been updated or the transaction is not showing up in the store.
