So, I got one of these new, fandangled contraptions today. S'posed to tell you all kinds of stuff about yourself. So I put it to the test.

The boss and I went for a walk and the gizmo said I'd done 7000 steps for 4.93 ks. It told me I'd burned over 1200 calories, climbed the equivalent do 11 flights of stairs and had done 17 out of 30 minutes of strenuous exercise.

Not bad for something the size of my thumb!

Tonight, it will tell me how well I sleep. I already know, but it will be good to get confirmation!
