Went down there tonight and got a new pair of riding pants plus some knee guards at what I thought was a very good price. A bit too early for the BBQ though, it was just getting started when I left. Just got to find some time to get them dirty now.

I also made it down to first class just before the BBQ but did manage to pick up new pants and jersey and saved $90 of the original price. It is great to see a local bike shop working with the local clubs. This is the type of thing that makes it worth being part of a club.
One of the guys working there mentioned that they have run some type class in the past showing people how to take care of their bikes and learn more about what safety gear is best. Maybe AMTRA could get on board with this as well to help out some of the newer riders / bike owners.
