Sat 13th of November Noojee-Fumina-Neerim South L1/L2 Tri-area ride
Hi, A relatively new ride with it some great tracks in Noojee, Fumina and Neerim South. Meet at 8.30am for 9am on the bikes the tracks will be a mix of flow, ups and downs, narrow and maybe some river crossings. Fuel for 100K's minimum NO fuel is available in the ride area. Lunch will be on the trails, Rec Reg welcome. As this is a level 1 to 2 ride please respect your fellow riders, remembering we all have to start and learn somewhere. Take care if overtaking and if you are taking it easy try to keep a left line to allow for people to pass. Whatever you do ride at your own pace this is not a race just a good day out with some mates who all want the fun and to get home safe. P.S. The bike in front always has right of way. Start location is the T junction of Mt Baw Baw Tourist Rd and Vesper Rd. Please Note a couple of things the Vesper Rd I am referring to is a RHT at the top of the hill on the C426 MT Baw Baw Tourist Rd as you head from Noojee to Mt Baw Baw. There is NO sign post it is best identified as a RED clay cutting entrance. If you go to far down the Mt Baw Baw road you will hit the next T junction of the C465 Fumina Rd on RHS so turn around go back up the hill and take the first Road on the LHS being Vesper Rd. Note some locals and maps also call this section of Vesper Rd, Ferguson Rd.
If you are up for it refreshments will be at the "Tool Shed" Noojee, afterwards.
Attached is a map.

Will, the calendar has the date but you make a good point. I have included the details in the text as well. Thanks for the heads up. Running this ride the second Saturday in the month for the last three months of this year (Oct, Nov, Dec). Its a L1/L2 for Oct and Nov; then L2 as the rivers drop down and it gets warmer the ride will become a tad more technical with multiple river xings.

Yep no worries we have four now. If it wasn't obvious you and Fred did super well over the distance last weekend. If you didn't notice in the afternoon you were there first in most regroups and are going to be on corners next ride. No apologies but you are there and Fred's gammy leg is getting better! I remember when I was on my first corner and talked about it for awhile, it was a great feeling.
